About Me, Trissa Foote

Just a regular, California-grown kid from a small town. Hit a rough patch in my 20s that sent me into a tailspin, accompanied by some decisions that taught me a lot of lessons; I ended up in an unhappy place with some borderline unhealthy feelings. It took me years to get out of the hole, financially, physically, mentally, emotionally…. But eventually, after years of introspection and hard work, I was there… a healthy, happy place. Once I got to this 2.0 version of myself, I realized I wanted to help people, I specifically wanted to help people with the knowledge I had learned along the way. Ultimately, I felt I could save someone months or years with the information I could share. I am here, in multiple ways, to help you and others along your journey, getting to your happy place, that place where you can shine.
