My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.

About me, Trissa Foote
Just a regular, California grown kid, from a small town. Hit a rough patch in my 20’s that sent me in a tail spin, accompanied by some decisions that taught me a lot of lessons, I ended up in an unhappy place with some borderline unhealthy feelings. It took me years to get out of the hole, financially, physically, mentally, emotionally…. But eventually, after years of introspection and hard work I was there… a healthy happy place. Once I got to this 2.0 version of myself, I realized I wanted to help people, I specifically wanted to help people with the knowledge I had learned along the way. Ultimately, I felt I could save someone months or years with the information I could share. I am here in multiple ways, to help you and others along your journey getting to your happy place, that place where you can shine.
